To apply for admission to Longacres Private School you may either use our online application form or download and print the PDF version of the form.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
You will be unable to submit the online form if all the requested documents are not attached and in the correct requested formats. Likewise please ensure that certified copies of all relevant documents accompanies the hard copy of your application form if you chose to use the printable PDF application form.
Applications received without the following documents will not be accepted by the school:
- Clinic card
- Learner's ID or birth certificate
- Learner's immunisation certificate
- Learner's recent progress report
- Father's ID
- Mother's ID
